Terms and Conditions – Stake Bet Pakistan Betting Platform

By accessing stakebet.onl, registering an account or using any service provided by stake bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to every interaction you have with the platform, including placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, making deposits or withdrawals and contacting customer support.

Stake bet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, stake bet will notify registered account holders via the contact details associated with their account. Your continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept updated terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These terms apply to all users of stake bet regardless of the device used to access the platform, whether that is a mobile phone, tablet or desktop computer.

To use stake bet you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals as defined in Section 3. When registering you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. Providing false information at the point of registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Stake bet actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close any secondary accounts identified, including any balances held in those accounts. If you have previously had an account closed for a breach of these terms, you may not register a new account without prior written consent from stake bet.

Account verification may be required at any time. Stake bet may request copies of identity documents (CNIC, passport), proof of address or payment method verification. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of verification. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use stake bet. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. Stake bet takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If at any point it is determined that an account holder is under 18, the account will be closed immediately and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited.

Stake bet employs age verification processes at registration and may conduct additional checks without notice. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent underage access to betting platforms.

Stake bet also reserves the right to decline registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of stake bet complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction before registering.

All transactions on stake bet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Available deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Stake bet does not charge fees on standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own charges which are your responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within the following timeframes:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically under 5 minutes for verified accounts
• Bank Transfer (IBFT): Typically under 30 minutes, subject to receiving bank processing
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days subject to card network timelines

Stake bet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending the outcome of any active investigation into account activity. All withdrawals must be to accounts or payment methods held in the same name as the stake bet account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Stake bet offers a range of betting and gaming products including sports betting (principally cricket), live casino, slots, crash games, card games and virtual sports. Each product category operates according to its own specific rules, which are displayed within that product section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms and Conditions, the product-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to that product.

All bets are final once confirmed. Stake bet does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets. It is the player's responsibility to verify bet details — selection, stake, market type — before confirming. Live betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time based on match events; bets placed after a material event occurs but before the market has been updated may be voided at stake bet's discretion.

Stake bet reserves the right to void any bet or game result where:

• There has been an obvious pricing or technical error
• Evidence of collusion, match-fixing or irregular betting patterns is identified
• The bet was placed on a market that should not have been available
• Automated betting software or scripts were used to place the bet

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators for RNG titles, or by physical equipment under continuous monitoring for live dealer games. Stake bet publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all casino titles. RTP is a theoretical long-run figure and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Stake bet offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers and the refer-a-friend programme. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. The general principles below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus play can be transferred to the withdrawable real money balance. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified per promotion. Games may contribute differently towards wagering — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live casino games contribute at a lower rate. This is specified in each promotion's terms.

Stake bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions are intended for recreational players. • Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps. Limits can be lowered immediately; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.

• Session Time Reminders: Alerts after a defined period of continuous play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on stake bet and will result in account closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or miscalculated odds — any winnings arising from a known error must be reported and will be voided
• Money laundering or using stake bet to facilitate any illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute legitimate transactions
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour towards customer support staff or other players
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by a third party, including minor family members

All content on stakebet.onl — including but not limited to the platform design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces and software — is the intellectual property of stake bet or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content from the stake bet platform without prior written consent. The stake bet name, logo and related marks are proprietary. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

Stake bet provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While stake bet makes every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and data integrity, it does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or free from errors at all times. Stake bet will not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or connectivity issues outside stake bet's reasonable control
• Any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from use of the platform
• Loss or theft of account credentials where the loss arises from the player's failure to maintain security of those credentials
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information displayed during a technical fault

Stake bet's total aggregate liability to any individual account holder in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that account holder in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits stake bet's liability for fraud or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by law.

Stake bet may suspend or close your account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Your account activity indicates fraud, money laundering or other illegal conduct
• Verification documents provided are fraudulent or insufficient
• You have requested self-exclusion
• Your continued access to the platform poses a risk to the integrity of the service

Where an account is closed for a breach of these terms, any balance held at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons — for example, at the player's own request — any verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
